Nancy Menezes brings over 35 years of leadership experience in India’s life insurance and financial services sector. Her professional journey spans senior roles across operations, customer experience strategy, vendor governance, and regional management in highly regulated and performance-driven environments.

Having led multi-branch operations and large cross-functional teams, she has been responsible for driving operational efficiency, customer-centric transformation, and strategic execution at scale. Her tenure across respected institutions such as LIC of India and Tata AIA Life Insurance strengthened her conviction that while technical competence is essential, it is communication clarity, behavioural maturity, and leadership capability that truly distinguish professionals.

Sitalaxmi Shrivas brings extensive experience across human resources, operations, consulting, and organizational development, with exposure to insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consulting sectors. Her professional background reflects a strong orientation toward process governance, performance alignment, and structured execution.

With formal education in pharmacy and human resources, combined with operational leadership roles in claims management and consulting, she has worked within systems that demand compliance, accuracy, and performance discipline. Her cross-industry experience enables her to approach learning design with both strategic understanding and operational practicality.

As Director and COO of Cambrex Learning Labs, Sitalaxmi anchors program structuring, operational alignment, and quality consistency. She ensures that every learning intervention is designed with clarity, delivered with discipline, and scalable across institutional environments.
